Pear and Roquefort Salad

Pear and Roquefort Salad

Method

  1. Pre pare salad ingredients. On a large serving plate arrange the water cress, pear, avocado, shallots, feta and seeds.
  2. In a jar combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper and garlic and shake to mix well.
  3. Just before serving drizzle the dressing over the salad. Enjoy with your favourite bbq.
