The sugar seems quite high?
It’s just the breakdown of complex carbohydrates. There’s no added sugar, so it would be fine if you have candida. Most other formulas contain actual sugar sweeteners in the form of fructose, maltodextrin and sucrose. Happy weight is free from any artificial sweeteners.
But isn’t sugar, just sugar? What’s the difference?
Sugars in a health supplement can be calculated from the complex & simple carbohydrate ingredients, which ultimately break down into glucose (a type of natural sugar). But these sugars also have other beneficial components. These are generally considered good for your body.

Can men take this as well, or is it just for women?

Are the B vitamins methylated for MTFHR gene people?
They’re not, but they’re in small enough amounts so we have found them not to be an issue especially since there is the digestive enzyme Bromelain to assist with digestion.
I noticed it’s got fructo-ogliosacharides – will that be a problem if I have fructose malabsorption?

Is the prebiotic fibre low FODMAP?
