We offer a 60 day, 100% refund on the price of purchase if you feel the product was not effective for you. However, we do not refund based on the taste or consistency of the product or an incorrect choice.
Any refund requests need to be received within 60 days of you receiving the products. Simply post back the container and we will happily refund your purchase.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company - it may a few days for your refund to be officially transferred to your account.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you have ordered the wrong item, please send an email immediately to email@example.com so we can see if it's possible to change your order items.
Once you place your order, it is sent to our shipping company immediately for fulfilment & dispatch.
If you wait more than a few hours (depending on the time you placed your order) it might already be too late, and the order may already have been sent out.
Returning an item that has already been dispatched incurs a $10 fee that the shipping company levy on us, and we would pass those costs on to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
The initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a product exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), i.e. any item, not in its original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
All international orders are sent out with DHL E-Commerce. It can take up to 15-20 days from shipment for an international order to be delivered.
Items being shipped internationally (outside Australia) may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value.
As a customer, you should be aware of possible delays from customs inspections, as well as any import duties & taxes which buyers must pay, or brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery.
