No more moodiness or hot flushes!

I have been on this product now for the last 4 years and the results are fantastic. It makes such a difference to my physical well -being. I no longer experience wild mood swings and hot flushes. This changed my Life

I started taking happy calm a month ago and I have to say it has changed my life I no longer have sleeping problems I am sleeping six hours straight My anxiety has subsided and so has my heart palpitations.

Honestly HH would have to be an absolute life-saver for me and my family. I used to be such a moody mum but now I feel like a normal person. Apparently I'm going through menopause but with no symptoms only a doctors test can confirm it ! Having had the Mirena, (which was the worst thing I had ever done for my body) - I read up and following so many of the reviews and FB posts about increasing the dosage before removal. I'd read about a black hole looming if I didn't and wasn't prepared to take that chance. I now religiously take the HH and the HH Greens and have found the perfect dosage for me. My only wish is that I had found it sooner - thank you Jeff & the team at HH - YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL HUMAN (and now I feel more human) !! x
