Founded in 2015 by Olympian Lisa Curry and Naturopath Jeff Butterworth, Happy Healthy You began as a shared mission to make natural women’s health support simple, accessible, and empowering. What started with a few conversations is now a thriving community-led movement backed by expert care, holistic products, and a deep understanding of real women’s daily challenges.

Lisa Curry
As an Olympian and personal trainer, Lisa brought passion and personal experience to the brand. Her own hormonal struggles led her to co-create the Happy Hormones program and help women across Australia feel strong, seen, and supported.

Jeff Butterworth
A Naturopath with over 20 years of experience, Jeff developed the Happy Hormones program to offer women a holistic path to hormone balance. His work combines scientific insight with a heartfelt mission to treat the root cause—not just the symptoms.

Happy Healthy You was born from a shared frustration: too many women struggling with hormonal issues and not enough real support. In 2015, Lisa and Jeff combined their personal and professional experiences to create a new path—one rooted in education, natural solutions, and the belief that every woman deserves to feel balanced, strong, and understood.

An Olympian and qualified personal trainer, Lisa co-created the Happy Hormones program after her own health challenges. She now champions women’s hormone education across Australia.
Jeff Butterworth
With 20+ years of naturopathic experience, Jeff co-developed the Happy Hormones program, combining holistic principles to support lasting hormonal balance for women.
Paige Greacen
Paige blends traditional healing with science to help young women understand their cycles, find hormonal balance, and feel empowered in their bodies.

Tahlia is the Practitioner Team Lead at Happy Healthy You. Working with the company for 11 years, Tahlia has a deep passion for Changing Lives Everyday with a strong focus on Women's Health.
