60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 60-day, 100% money-back guarantee on your first purchase of a product if you feel it has not been effective for you.
To request a refund under this guarantee, you must:
(a) Contact our team within 60 days of receiving your order via live chat on our website, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or email at support@happyhealthyyou.com.au; and
(b) Work with one of our naturopaths to review product usage, dosage, lifestyle factors, and any potential underlying contributors. This consultation is designed to ensure that the product has been used as recommended and to provide further guidance if needed
Please note that this guarantee does not:
(c) apply to change of mind, incorrect product choice, unwanted subscription orders, or dissatisfaction based on taste, flavour, texture, or personal preference.
(d) limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to refund, replacement or repair in the event of a major failure.
Once eligibility is confirmed, you will be asked to return the relevant product. After we receive the return, we will notify you by email and process your refund to the original payment method within 48 hours.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to health and safety considerations associated with the supply of therapeutic goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges of non-faulty products once an order has been packed or dispatched, whether opened or unopened.
This includes returns or exchanges requested due to:
• change of mind;
• incorrect product choice;
• unwanted subscription orders; or
• dissatisfaction based on taste, flavour, texture or personal preference.
This does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund, replacement or repair where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
If your product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us at support@happyhealthyyou.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product so we may assess the issue.
Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the fault.
We are entitled to request reasonable evidence of the fault or damages (such as photographic evidence) to assist with our assessment. Where a return is required, we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are sent out with DHL E-Commerce. It can take up to 15-20 days from shipment for an international order to be delivered.
Items being shipped internationally (outside Australia) may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value.
As a customer, you should be aware of possible delays from customs inspections, as well as any import duties & taxes which buyers must pay, or brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery.
We accept no responsibility for any fees, duties or delays at customs due to import regulations or taxes for any international orders.
