December / January Delivery Update
Christmas is always a busy time of year, especially for deliveries! We are working closely with Australia Post and they have informed us that if you want your physical goods prior to Christmas then you should order as follows.
Domestic postage - 8th Dec
Public Holiday warehouse closures - Christmas and New Years 23/24
Our warehouse team will be taking a much needed break on the public holidays over the holiday period. Please be aware orders placed Dec 22nd - Dec 26th will be processed for dispatch between the 27th - 29th Dec. Orders placed 29th Dec to 2nd January (3rd Jan in NZ) will be processed for dispatch on 3rd / 4th January 2024
We encourage you to continue to order as we are open throughout the holiday period and also look out for seasonal offers so that you start 2024 healthy and happy and get on to those New Year's resolutions straight away.

Delayed Delivery Update
Please be advised that COVID-19 related restrictions & staff shortages are impacting the postal network. Flow-on delays are expected Australia-wide. It may be in your best interests to order your favourite HHY products now to avoid extended delays.

Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping to Australia & New Zealand for any orders over $50.
We ship the same or next day from Monday to Friday.
If you place an order late on Friday afternoon, or over the weekend, it won't go out until the following Monday.
Generally, our deliveries take 2-4 business days to all major Australian cities.
It takes slightly longer if you're in a rural area, or if you're having the product delivered to a P.O. Box.*
Deliveries to a PO Box, Post Office or Parcel Locker
Unless a PO Box is your only option, please use a fixed address for delivery.
If you're not home, our courier will leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery at a more suitable time or have the article lodged for collection at one of our local collection points.
If you’re in a secure apartment building with restricted access and nowhere safe to leave a parcel unattended, please add 'signature required' in the Delivery Notes section during Checkout.
International Shipping
All international orders are sent out with DHL E-Commerce. It can take up to 15-20 days from shipment for an international order to be delivered.
Items being shipped internationally (outside Australia) may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value.
As a customer, you should be aware of possible delays from customs inspections, as well as any import duties & taxes which buyers must pay, or brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery.
We accept no responsibility for any fees, duties or delays at customs due to import regulations or taxes for any international orders.
Tracking
You will receive a Tracking Number from our Shipping company as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Your Tracking number will link to a webpage, where you can see where your parcel is in the delivery network.
