Delayed Delivery Update
Please be advised that COVID-19 related restrictions & staff shortages are impacting the postal network. Flow-on delays are expected Australia-wide. It may be in your best interests to order your favourite HHY products now to avoid extended delays.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. You are able to use your tracking number to see live updates and follow the delivery as it makes its way to you!

If you have tracked your order and it has been marked as Delivered and you still do not have your products, you are able to reach out directly to Australia Post and make an enquiry.
We offer free shipping to Australia & New Zealand for any orders over $50.
We ship the same or next day from Monday to Friday.
If you place an order late on Friday afternoon, or over the weekend, it won't go out until the following Monday.
Generally, our deliveries take 2-4 business days to all major Australian cities.
It takes slightly longer if you're in a rural area, or if you're having the product delivered to a P.O. Box.*
Orders to New Zealand are sometimes subject to a slight delay at Customs.
Deliveries to a PO Box, Post Office or Parcel Locker
Unless a PO Box is your only option, please use a fixed address for delivery.
If you're not home, our courier will leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery at a more suitable time or have the article lodged for collection at one of our local collection points.
If you’re in a secure apartment building with restricted access and nowhere safe to leave a parcel unattended, please add 'signature required' in the Delivery Notes section during Checkout.
All international orders are sent out with DHL E-Commerce. It can take up to 15-20 days from shipment for an international order to be delivered.
Items being shipped internationally (outside Australia) may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value.
As a customer, you should be aware of possible delays from customs inspections, as well as any import duties & taxes which buyers must pay, or brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery.
We accept no responsibility for any fees, duties or delays at customs due to import regulations or taxes for any international orders.
You will receive a Tracking Number from our Shipping company as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
