Preheat the oven to 180℃ fan-forced and bake the tempeh for 20 minutes until golden, or pan-fry in a little oil until lightly browned, then set aside.

Add shallots, garlic, chilli, galangal and lime leaf. Sauté gently until fragrant.

Add the green beans with a splash of water. Stir and cook until the beans begin to soften.

Return the tempeh to the pan, season with salt, pepper and kecap manis. Stir until everything is well coated.
