- Add the olive oil into a medium frying pan. Sauté the mushrooms, garlic and green onion until mushrooms are cooked. Then add tamari and pepper. Set aside.
- Slice the avocado and prepare the rest of the vegetable toppings.
- Heat the tortillas.
- Make your own tacos by scooping in the mushrooms and adding the avocado and vegetable toppings.
- Garnish with chili and lemon slices, if desired.
