  • Baby mixed greens 6 cups
  • Red onion, sliced ½ pc
  • Orange, sliced 1 pc
  • Red apple, sliced thin 1 pc
  • Carrot, sliced very thin 1 pc
  • Cucumber, sliced thin 1 pc
  • Tomatoes 1 punnet
  • Macadamias 1 cup
  • Pomegranate arils ½ cup

Method

  1. Arrange the baby greens on a large, round platter in the shape of a wreath.
  2. Decorate first with bigger pieces of the sliced apple, orange, and red onion.
  3. Then adorn with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic or your favourite dressing.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
