I’ve used the Happy Hormones powder for years but after changing the way I eat (no having smoothies) I switched to having capsules. Unfortunately for me the capsules are nowhere near as good. When I take the powder, I do not get any bladder leakage at all, however I have been on the capsules now for a few weeks and I am leaking and have to wear pads. It may be a coincidence, but it’s unfortunate. When I skipped the powder or a week or two I would have bladder leakage too. I’m not sure what the difference is but so far the capsules are a waste of good money for me.

I started these tablets on the 16th of April and have noticed a big difference. I don’t get the hot flushes like I used to. I still get them but nowhere near as bad as it was. I also noticed that i’m not as dry down in the private area as well so that’s working.

What is this magic pill?!
