A Boost To My Overall Well Being
I have been unwell & slowly recovering since May 2nd. I added HD to my daily routine almost 2 months ago. Along with my well balanced healthy meals, rest/sleep, HD is also supporting in my recovery. I take it every other day and find it is a fantastic immune support. Has been a great help to the whole family too when someone starts to feel a bit run down. I have set up an automatic delivery so that we never run out!
Since starting HD I have hardly been sick. I take one capsule of a morning and increase to 1 morning, one night if I feel I’m coming down with something or there is sickness in the family!

It's way too early to determine the health benefits of this product. So far I feel an improvement in my overall health...however...I'm only half way through the 120 caps and I feel I need more time to determine a definite difference and outcome.
