Happy to be on happy hormones. Making me feel more in control of my emotions. Just ordered happy calm to help with anxiety which happy greens have helped tremendously but thought would give HC a go.
I've been using these lovely natural products for 8 months now and they have made a huge difference in my life. I am 51 yrs old and have been going through peri-menopause for about 5 or 6 yrs now. This is the best I've felt in a longtime. I feel like I'm in control now instead of my body taking control of me.

I'd be an emotional basket case without vegan HH! I ran out last week (re-order today) and am finding I'm anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, teary. Can justify why I might be feeling like that but can't control the severity... So I won't run out again.

I am on my 4th month of happy hormones. I am 45, started to have perimenopause symptoms. Like irregular period, night sweat and sleeping quality was declining.
The night sweat was gone ever since I start cardio exercise, it seemed to be fixed even before I started happy hormones.
I didn’t have mood lift because I am alway quite happy person, but I did notice I became more talkative.
My sleeping got better as soon as I started happy hormones. I no longer need my eye patch to fall asleep, and even I wake up during the night to go to the bathroom, I fall back to sleep straight away. That was such a relief to me. For the first few months, I actually felt more tired in the evenings, but in a good way, I was no longer buzzing before bed. The way I felt in the morning was that I was well rested.
The irregular period is still there, I think. I am on peels, so the period should set like a clock, but unfortunately they were early even after 3 months on the supplement.
But what suprised me was the way I got back into my shape. I started my 90 days weight loss challenge just before I started happy hormone. Now i am on my 140 days. In the last month or so, the weight just came off so easily, back to my old high metabolism age, I don’t know if it is a direct link to the supplement or due to better sleeping, or my hormones are balanced, I am able to shake the hormone weights? Regardless, what a pleasant surprise?
I think I made the right choice going down this path.
Simply does what it claims to do....
Would not be without it...and I have tried other supplements and they do not do what HH does for me....if your a fence sitter I strongly recommend you try this product...

I've been taking happy hormones for 4 years. I've seen a lot of improvements but the most significant change has been my mood. Prior to HH I'd become very emotional and angry and I'd often feel totally out of control for days/weeks leading up to my period. I noticed I felt calmer and more in control of my emotions within a couple months of taking HH. To me it's a mood stabilizer but also has many other benefits. I only have the occasional hot flush and less headaches too. I'm so grateful to the Happy Hormones team for creating this wonderful product as its made such a huge difference to my life.

I have started taking 2 HH capsules in the morning and 3 in the evening and definitely seen a marked improvement overall with the hot flushes. Very happy and has taken about the 3 months for this progress.
I have taken Happy Bladder ever since it came on the market. All my problems with urge incontinence vanished. I stopped taking HB about 3 months ago and now I realised that I better order some, as without HB my bladder is always in a rush! This product works, it is a life saver and allows me to sleep through the night!

I have been taking HH, HG and HL for a few weeks now, progress is steady, hot flushes not lasting as long as before. Still not feeling 100% so l have just ordered HT HC so my fingers are crossed that they will help. I’ve been taking Happy Hormones for 3 years and have been so happy as it cured my hormonal headaches and helped so much with PMT symptoms which was amazing. Ive recently had a complete hysterectomy at 47 removing both my ovaries. I was told I would need to go straight onto HRT. I opted to wait to see how severe my symptoms were before making a decision. I continued to take my HH right up until my surgery (which my surgeon agreed on as I bad a severe migraine after stopping for a week before a previous surgery) and started back the morning after my hysterectomy. Week 3 post op I made the decision to start HRT (due to extreme night sweats, mood swings and hot flushes) along side my HH but had to wait another week for my follow up appointment with my specialist before it could be prescribed. Within that week all my symptoms settled down and I am not having to go on HRT! My Happy Hormones have taken over and I am virtually menopause symptom free! So glad I waited as I had severe endometriosis removed as well so there’s less chance of that returning. I can’t recommend Happy Hormones enough
