Fresh and Zesty Baked Salmon Salad

This bright and satisfying dish brings together oven-baked salmon with crisp greens and a refreshing citrus twist. It is a simple way to enjoy a nourishing meal that feels light yet grounding, making it perfect for lunch or dinner.   1. Take the salmon out of the fridge and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a tray lined with baking paper. Lightly coat it with olive oil.

  3. Toss the salmon, fennel, and green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Place them on the tray and bake for around 20 minutes, until the salmon is nearly cooked through. For crispier skin, turn the salmon over and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes.
