Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180℃.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread out in a single layer on a baking pan lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes. (It's best to check at 10 minutes as ovens may vary.)
- Enjoy hot or cold – as is, on salads or with steamed veggies.
