Lentil Pesto Pasta Salad

Method

1. Cook and rinse the legume pasta. (I undercook it a little, so it does not get gluggy.)
2. In a big salad bowl combine the pesto, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Add the pasta. Toss well, then add the remaining ingredients.
4. Serve and enjoy!
