Do you use your breath’s full capacity? In this introduction video we learn how to expand our breath through deep yogic breathing.
Mindful breathing is a wonderful tool to heal your body.

You will receive a link to download them after purchase. (They are not DVD’s and so will not be posted to you.)
You can play these .mp4 video files on any Mac or Windows computers, using QuickTime Player (Mac) or later versions of Windows Media Player (Windows) or other video software like VLC or Real Player.
You can also drag the file into your browser window, or ‘open with’ your browser – all of which natively play .mp4 files.
You can also watch them on your iPhone, iPad, or any other tablet. (But since some of them are quite large files, it might be best to download them to your desktop computer.)
