I've always had gut issues (bloating, gas etc) and thought I'd give HD a go to see if it helps. You have to give it a good month to reset your gut (although I was noticing a difference within a couple of weeks) but after that it's fantastic. I combine the HD with MSP, Happy Collagen and HH with water and add ice for a refreshing and healthy drink each day. My tummy and I are a lot happier now!

I commenced this product around 4 weeks ago, along with the happy hormones supplement. I've found my energy has improved & I feel less sluggish in general. I've also noticed my skin is less dry & my facial complexion appears brighter. Will continue taking & recommend 👌🌺⭐
