Indications for use
Happy Turmeric is a fermented turmeric concentrate which has become increasingly bioavailable as a result of the fermentation process, with additional ginger and black pepper for added assimilation. This liquid contains approximately 6 billion good bacteria, measured by NKCA compared to a 25 billion pure probiotic.
Adults: 5ml three times a day with food or a single serving of 15ml. Up to 45-60ml may be consumed daily. Happy Turmeric can also be added to your favourite smoothies or juices for an optimum refreshing drink.
Children above the age of 3: Half the adult serving.
Not suitable for children under the age of 3. Not suitable for pregnant women.
REFRIGERATE ONCE OPENED (OPTIONAL)
Shake gently before use as Happy Turmeric is a Fermented Probiotic formula concentrate. A jelly substance or sediment from the probiotic may appear. This is normal and may be consumed.

Have found the turmeric mixture very helpful with my arthritis.
Very happy with the product.
The tumeric worked so well for me - I dropped a lot of fluid in the first few days (3 kgs on the scale), my joints stopped hurting and my digestive system improved exponentially. I didn't enjoy the taste for the first few days but I must admit, it grew on me and I found myself walking past the fridge taking a swig here ands there because it just " felt": so good to me .
When it ran out I noticed a difference - my digestive system slowed down again, bloating returned and joints started hurting again. So I am just placing my next order for 2 big bottles so I don't run out again.
Ps. It goes great in carrot and pumpkin soup! I just added it right before I was about to eat the soup
I started with HH, and 2 weeks in decided to try Happy Turmeric. I’m 48 and peri-menopausal. My joints started hurting like crazy, especially around my periods. The first day I received it, I had 15ml at lunch and 15ml at dinner. The next morning, I literally bounced out of bed. I even got my older sister onto it( she hates taking any medicine, supplement etc). 52 and also peri-menopausal her joints were worse than mine. She would struggle to even walk. She’s like a new person after taking this . I love this product, and cannot recommend it highly enough.
Been taking HT for 2 years now been very helpful with my recovery from knee problems recently. Also been a big part of my gut health along with HG. Love the taste.
I wanted to like this product but I didn't. Perhaps a tablet form would be best?
HT certainly does have a strong taste because it is quite concentrated. It needs to be in a liquid because it contains LIVE probiotics and cannot be capsulated. It is only a small amount to take each day.
Great starter with Happy Greens for my teenager. After only one month the period pain is shorter.
Been taking the happy hormone, greens and turmeric for a long time now. It has contributed to my general feeling of wellbeing and pain control. I certainly feel the difference when I stop taking it for a while and then get straight back to taking it again. One example: I did not take the hormones while on holiday, came back, went to work and wondered why I was so irritable all of a sudden. This could have been me all along if I was not taking it so regularly before.
