Happy Turmeric features a blend of beneficial bacteria including Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, Lactobacillus lactis, Lactobacillus fermenti, Saccharomyces boulardii, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.  

These strains are essential for supporting digestive health and overall well-being. Happy Turmeric is a fermented liquid turmeric concentrate which has become increasingly bioavailable as a result of the fermentation process, with additional ginger and black pepper for added assimilation. This liquid turmeric formulation contains approximately 6 billion good bacteria, measured by NKCA compared to a 25 billion pure probiotic.

Adults: 5ml three times a day with food or a single serving of 15ml. Up to 45-60ml may be consumed daily. Happy Turmeric can also be added to your favourite smoothies or juices for an optimum refreshing drink.

Children above the age of 3: Half the adult serving.
