Happy Weight Program | Dark Chocolate

I have just completed the 4-week RESET program. I repeated the first week because setting myself up and getting into the right head space took me a while. Once I got going, I loved the program. I was desperate to start the program because I was feeling sluggish, randomly nauseous and generally felt uncomfortable and unwell due to weight gain. I now have a spring in my step, feel healthier, the nausea has considerably subsided and I lost 8kg in the process! I do have some more kilos to shed but this was a great start!

I would recommend this program to anyone who feels the way I did before starting the program.
