Barley Sundried Tomato Salad
A tasty salad with lots of goodness and flavour.

Method

  1. Cook barley in salted boiling water until tender and then cool.
  2. When cool toss lightly with the other ingredients and top with salad dressing before serving.
  3. Serves 2 as a main meal or 4 as a side.
