Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, Thermomix, or NutriBullet.
  2. Blend well until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Extra Notes

Cherries are rich in melatonin, serotonin and magnesium so they’re excellent for getting restful sleep. They’re also packed with antioxidants and iron.
