Method
- Grease a 20-cm baking dish with the oil or line with baking paper.
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into prepared pan and press down firmly.
- Melt 150g of chocolate and drizzle over the pan mixture.
- Put in the fridge for one hour then cut into slices and serve.
