Energy Boost Smoothie
This tasty smoothie is packed with protein, fibre and nutrients to help regulate blood sugar levels. Great as a morning or afternoon snack!

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender, Thermomix, or Nutribullet.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Extra Notes

Almond and hazelnut are great nut butter choices. You can also substitute cold-brewed coffee for the non-dairy milk and enjoy the added energy and omegas!
