Method
- Heat the oil in a medium size fry pan.
- Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for about 5 minutes until a bit crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Then, add the water and cook covered just until soft. When done, remove from the heat and drain any excess water. Set aside.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing together the mustard, lemon and vinegar.
- Arrange the Brussels on a large serving plate or bowl. Drizzle the parmesan, pour over the dressing, and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
- Serve and enjoy!
