Happy Turmeric Smoothie
This antioxidant-rich smoothie comes with anti-inflammatory properties plus natural electrolytes to help with hydration!

Method

  1. Place all ingredients together in a blender, Thermomix, or Nutribullet.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
  4. Optional: Have with mineral water as a summer spritzer.

Extra Notes

The rich omegas in flax seeds and bromelain in pineapples help with inflammation.
