Cauliflower Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  • Cauliflower, chopped 2 cups
  • Egg, whisked 1 medium
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated ⅔ cup
  • Parmesan cheese, grated ⅓ cup
  • Salt and pepper 1 pinch
  • Dried oregano ¼ tsp
  • Garlic salt 1 tsp
  • PIZZA TOPPINGS: (suggested)
  • Sliced tomatoes as desired
  • Olives as desired
  • Capsicum as desired
  • Capers as desired

A healthy twist to your traditional all-time favourite Italian dish!

Method

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat oven to 200℃.
  2. Using a food processor or high-speed blender, blitz the cauliflower into ricelike consistency. Do not over-blitz as it can get too mushy.
  3. Microwave the cauliflower in a heatproof bowl for 4 minutes then spread on a paper towel to remove excess liquid.
  4. In a separate bowl combine the cooked cauliflower, ½ cup of the mozzarella, all of the parmesan cheese, dried herbs, salt, pepper, and whisked egg. Mix thoroughly – it should stick well if the cauliflower is still a little warm.
  5. Take ½ of the mixture – about the size of a good ball in your hand – enough to form one pizza base. Squish together. Spread mixture evenly on the lined baking tray to form one pizza crust. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until it looks golden and sets in the middle. (Depending on your oven, you can turn the crust carefully and cook for another 5 minutes.)
  7. Add the remaining mozzarella and your toppings. Bake for another 10 minutes until the toppings are cooked. Remove from the oven and serve hot!

Extra Notes

Add any of your favourite fresh herbs and toppings for extra flavour – there are no limits!

Amazing

Happy Hormones is my life saver

I started going through peri menopause and am having a period every 3-5 months. My biggest symptom beside insomnia is hot flushes. I was having one every 10 minutes and I became a very horrible person as I just couldn't stand them. Enter Happy Hormones, I was having 2 morning and night and it wasn't doing anything and then someone on the FB page suggested 3 morning and night and for that I am forever grateful as now I am not grumpy all the time and the hot flushes are like maybe 5 a day now. Mother's Little Helper

My great friend Lori Woodhouse recommended I take Happy Hormones almost four years ago. It is the only supplement I have really noticed a significant improvement in my well being. Thank goodness for your products

I use both Happy hormones and happy liver, although I am 68 I still get hot flushes, my recent blood test my liver is great
