DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Happy Greens is a liquid, fermented, probiotic, gut health supplement concentrate. Adults: 5ml three times a day with food or a single serving of 15ml. Up to 45-60ml may be consumed daily. Happy Greens can also be added to your favourite smoothies or juices for an optimum refreshing probiotic drink.
Children above the age of 3: Half the adult dosage.
NOT SUITABLE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN. Not suitable for children under the age of 3.

Does it replace fruits and vegetables in my diet?
No. As a general rule the more your diet is plant focused, the better it is for your hormonal health and indeed overall health. Happy Greens simply provides a concentrated source of superfoods which supplements your diet.
Do Happy Greens provide enough Nutrition?
No Happy Greens is a support product. It adds to your daily intake of healthy ingredients in your diet. Happy Greens can supercharge your nutritional intake.
Will Happy Greens make my system too Alkaline?
No, the amount of greens is not enough to override your internal acid/alkaline regulation. Happy Greens simply encourages a more alkaline tendency. Most western diets are inclined towards acidity, so Happy Greens gently shifts your alkaline balance in the right direction.
