This is a delicious one to make before bedtime. The beautiful, warming combination of spices is fantastic for activating the parasympathetic nervous system and getting you in a deeper and more restful sleep.

Ingredients
  • Almond/Cashew/Coconut milk 1½ cups
  • Medjool date 1 pc
  • Fresh nutmeg 1 small pinch
  • Ground cinnamon 1 small pinch
  • Ground cloves ⅛ tsp
  • Cardamom 1 small pinch
This is a delicious one to make before bedtime. The beautiful, warming combination of spices is fantastic for activating the parasympathetic nervous system and getting you in a deeper and more restful sleep.

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly and bring to a light simmer.
  3. Pour mixture into a cup through a tea strainer and enjoy!
