What is the Happy RESET Program?
The Happy RESET Program is a comprehensive 28-day diet, exercise and lifestyle regimen to cleanse, detox, nourish and energise the body. It's split into 4 discrete phases, each with specific foods, recipes and exercises to follow.
It’s all laid out for you in the booklet, along with regular email tips and advice to encourage you; as well as access to a private support group where you can ask questions, get more insight and help with your particular needs - all supported by Lisa Curry and our team of Naturopaths.
Will it work for me?
The program has been specifically made, designed and planned for women with hormonal imbalances. We know if you follow the exercise and the meal plans, you will get results.
How is this different from other programs I have done?
This program encompasses the whole body and is designed around hormonal balance and overall health.
What support will I get?
You will get online support from Lisa Curry and her team of experts, as well as bi-weekly emails, videos and social media platforms. The Happy Space RESET group is only available to ladies who purchase the program.
How many products do I have to buy?
You can follow the program without purchasing any products. However, we do recommend Happy Greens for detox support; Happy Turmeric for inflammation and immune support; and Happy Weight as a meal replacement for some of the meals. You can also add in Happy Hormones if you have symptoms such as hot flushes and mood imbalances.
Can I still eat meat?
We've removed any meat from the program for 28 days, as we find it’s a good break for women since it can be highly inflammatory for some people.
Can I still drink coffee?
It is suggested that you reduce your coffee intake to ½ cup per day. Even better if you can avoid the caffeine altogether.
Can I still drink alcohol?
Alcohol can be full of sugars and is often overused. If you can avoid it for 28 days, that's ideal. Otherwise, ½ glass of red wine or a pure spirit with mineral water and lime are the best choices.

How much time will this take?
The program takes 28 days. And will take some meal prepping during the week, and less than 30 minutes a day for the exercises.
Do I have time to do this?
Of course, it's been designed to fit into most lifestyles. Ask yourself...Do you have time to be sick?
What am I expecting to see after 4 weeks?
After 28 days, your energy should be better. Sleeping habits may improve. Digestion and moods should also feel much better.
Will there be any side-effects of the detox?
When your body undergoes a detox, you may experience symptoms such as headaches, and irritability. This often is good, as your liver is doing a big cleanse.
Will I feel hungry?
If your daily diet includes a high amount of calories, yes you might feel a little hungry, And you can adjust the meals to have more snacks if needed. In Week 2, during the 'broth' days, you might experience feeling a little hungry. Best to try and rest during these days.
