Happy Rewards Referral Program

Food Supplements International Pty Ltd ACN 617 701 069 trading as Happy Healthy You (“Happy Healthy You”) may, from time to time, offer our customers and users of our website the opportunity to receive rewards toward future purchases from HappyHealthyYou.com.au by referring other real people (“Program”). The Program is enabled through technology provided by Smile.io (“Platform Provider”). If you choose to participate in the Program, you are subject to Happy Healthy You’s Website Terms of Use and Happy Healthy You’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website) as well as the following additional Happy Rewards Referral Program Terms & Conditions:

Definitions

Referrer. A “referrer” is an individual who refers other individuals to happyhealthyyou.com.au. There is no limit to the amount of individuals you can refer. For every “Happy Referral” (defined below), a Referrer may be eligible to receive “Referral Reward(s)” also defined below.

Referred Customer. A Referred Customer is defined as an individual who visits our website by clicking your Happy Rewards Referral Program link embedded into the email, Facebook, Twitter, or SMS message invitation sent by you. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). A Referred Customer will receive a 10% discount from the advertised price of their first single online purchase of products or services at happyhealthyyou.com.au.

Happy Referral. A Happy Referral is defined as a minimum purchase of $50 made at happyhealthyyou.com.au by a Referred Customer. You are limited to one Referral Reward for each Happy Referral; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Happy Referrals and will not earn additional Referral Rewards. A Happy Referral does not include gift card purchases, or purchases cancelled within 24 hours. Happy Healthy You, in its sole discretion, has the right to determine whether or not you have made a Happy Referral based on your adherence to these Terms & Conditions.

Referral Reward. Happy Rewards are earned as the result of Happy Referrals only. The Referrer shall receive one (1) Referral Reward valued toward future purchases at happyhealthyyou.com.au for each valid and verified Happy Referral generated by that Referrer. Happy Rewards are not valid at any other retail outlets. Happy Rewards may not be used to adjust previous purchases and is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Happy Rewards are valid for a one-time use and must be used within 24 months of being allocated to a Referrer. After the expiry of the 24 month period they become void and are no longer able to be redeemed. Happy Rewards are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and are subject to change without notice. Happy Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Happy Rewards must be used prior to any specified expiration date.

Reward Payments. Subject to any change from time to time by Happy Healthy You, each Happy Reward equates to a discount totalling $20.00, redeemable at happyhealthyyou.com.au with each qualifying purchase. No more than 100 Happy Rewards will be awarded per Referrer per calendar year. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards. The value of the Referral Reward discount is determined by Happy Healthy You and is subject to change at Happy Healthy You’s sole discretion.

Eligibility

Eligibility as a Referred Customer is limited to individuals only. Each Referred Customer may participate only once in the Program. Further, Happy Healthy You’s Happy Rewards Referral Program cannot be used by businesses or corporate entities for affiliate lead generation or for any other purpose. Employees of Happy Healthy You or their subsidiaries, affiliates, or promotional agencies, including immediate family and household members, are not eligible to participate in the Program.

No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Happy Healthy You’s Happy Rewards Referral Program.

Right to Close Accounts. Happy Healthy You reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer or Referred Customer if the Referrer or Referred Customer attempts to use the Happy Healthy You Happy Rewards Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Right to Cancel or Change Program or Change Terms. Happy Healthy You reserves the right to modify, limit, terminate, discontinue or cancel the Happy Rewards Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. If we change these Terms & Conditions, we will post the updated version on happyhealthyyou.com.au. Any unclaimed Happy Rewards will be forfeited at that time.

Privacy. The personal information of each Referrer and Referred Customer will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://happyhealthyyou.com.au/pages/privacy. In addition, personal information may be used by the Company to contact any Referrer or Referred Customer with regard to participation in the Program and to receive communications via the Program.
