Been taking this product for a couple of years now for menopause and wouldn't take anything else ! no hot flushes and NOT so cranky, moods are more balanced. but hormonal facial hair is still a pain...
These capsules make me feel so balanced, calmer and help to keep at a regular weight. Highly recommend, and don’t like when I run out of these ! I’ve tried other hormonal supplements, but never found that they ‘did much’ whereas these I very much notice the difference. I could tell within 4 days that they were having a positive effect.
I am about half way through the larger container. I am not sure if I have really noticed any difference yet, but it may be too early to tell. I haven't had any side effects either which is good. Sleep has still been terrible, but I am hopeful there will be some positive effects as friends have found the product helpful. It might even be that I notice how much it did once I finish the container. I have had good communication from various people from the company. They seem genuine in their passion for this as a good product, but I will make my own decision based on how I feel taking it and stopping, before deciding if it will be a longer term addition.

This was my second order of the HH after having a 5 week period without them. I was very happy with the lack of any symptoms, no night or day sweats on the dose I was taking 4 per day and sleeping really well.
This second order I have not achieved the same efficacy at all and wonder if I need to be on these for at least another month before I'm feeling back to the same degree of satisfaction. Not 100% sure these are perfect choice for me

This was a terrible product. I have never felt so bad since going into menopause. I was so relieved once I stopped taking the tablets. As far as I am concerned, Happy Hormones it just a pill factory. They are not interested in the individual. To tell someone that they have to get worse before they can get better is absolute rubbish. Just another way to make women feel bad about themselves.
Sorry to hear about your experience Noni. Unfortunately it is true that often you will feel worse before you feel better. It is one of the reasons why HH works so well and not just a bandaid. If you give it time like the other ladies here you will see that it works but you have to work with your body to allow it to balance. If you scroll through the reviews it is a common theme to give it time.
