Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the onion, carrot and salt and pepper.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add the broccoli, chickpeas, turmeric, curry powder and lime juice. Stir for a few minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the cauliflower and shallots and cook for another 5 minutes or until the cauliflower is just cooked and the broccoli is bright green. Do not overcook the cauliflower.

Game Changer

Just made my second order for Happy Hormones. I cant rate it high enough. I was so lethargic & tired, had the worst PMS & period cramping. I got my period early which was a surprise, but didn't have to live on painkillers. I've lost a substantial amount of belly fat that I haven't been able to shift with diet & exercise. I'm also training for the Skytower Firefighters Climb next year & have been smashing my goals because I'm not so exhausted on a day to day basis.

Amazing

Happy Hormones has been a godsend. I believe it is helping me live my best life.
I have in return told many other woman about how wonderful it is. And they are also on this amazing ride. Thank You Geoff and team xo
