Zingy Lime Balls
These Raw Zingy Lime Balls make the perfect sweet treat, whether it’s an after-dinner dessert or just a snack time pick-me-up. 

Method

  1. In a high speed blender, mix all the ingredients (except 2 tablespoons of coconut) until they are well combined and sticky.
  2. Roll bite-sized portions into balls, and then roll in the extra desiccated coconut.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. Refrigerate for up to 10 days in an airtight container.

Extra Notes

They can be frozen (so nobody else finds them!)
