How to redeem Happy Rewards points?
You can spend points under the 'ways to redeem' section of your rewards panel. Here you will find the number of points that are required to claim/get a reward/discount. Please make sure that you are logged into the rewards panel before redeeming your points.
Once you have enough available points, you can select 'Redeem' - again within the rewards panel; click 'Apply code' forthe discount to be automatically applied at checkout. Once you redeem a reward, it will appear under 'Your Rewards'. It's worth noting that only one reward is allowed per order.
How long does the program run for?
Whatever tier you reach in a given year, you will will keep that tier for the following year as well.
When do my points expire?
You have 12 months to redeem any points you earn. E.g. if you earn a point on January 10, 2024, you will have until midnight on 9 January 2025 to use the points. If you make a purchase on December 18, 2024 you will have until December 17 midnight, 2025 to use those points respectively.
How do the tiers work?
The more money you spend on an annual basis the higher the tier you enter and the greater the benefits.

🥈 Silver ($300 - $599): $1 = 1 Happy Reward points (+100 points on your birthday)
🥇 Gold ($600 - $999): $1 = 2 Happy Reward points (+100 points on your birthday)
🌟 VIP ($1000+): $1 = 3 points (+100 points on your birthday)
Can I use my points with subscriptions
Yes you can! Subscriptions are already discounted 10% and so you can save even more when you combine subscriptions with Happy Rewards.
Can I use different email address accounts.
No, you need to use the same email address account to build your points.
