I have been using this for a few years now. Big difference in my moods, hot flushes, bowel movements are regular and taking it at night helps me go to sleep. I’m too scared to stop taking it. I’m now 46 been through menopause.

I've been taking hh vegan powder for 3 tubs now I think and I find it keeps me stable. Stable moods, stable thinking and mind. Subtle changes that you don't really notice until you miss a few days. I like how you can ferment the vegan powder and always do so overnight. I'm sold!

I always thought that this product was not working for me, as I was still experiencing issues with hot flushes. Well let me tell you it definitely works. I stopped using the happy hormones for a week and my hot flushes were overwhelming. So yes I still have mild hot flushes but nothing compared to when I don’t use this product.

Its a brilliant product and helps with all my symptoms. I have suspected PSOS and peri menopause. I also suffer from really bad period cramps and other symptoms. I have been using Happy Hormones for years now and even though I have just moved into menopause, I will continue to use this to help keep my hormones balanced. The powder is easily digestible, is mild in taste and lasts for many months on the regular dose. I highly recommend any HHY products but HH for sure is a must-have if you want balanced hormones.
This review should not put people off giving it a go but this product is not for me. I reacted badly to it and had to stop after only a few days. Please be aware the product contains pea protein in amounts which are enough to upset the stomach of anyone who is intolerant to pea protein. I couldn’t tolerate this at all. But I do love the regular happy hormones in capsule form and will be sticking to that from now on. Hopefully the happy healthy you team can start making plant based powders that use something other than pea protein which is apparently not widely tolerated as they also make other product using pea protein.
I don’t know how to rate this product. I haven’t been taking it long enough. Like all your products, until I stop taking them I can’t tell if they are doing anything.
Ive been using Vegan Happy Hormones for years. I like the taste of the powder in a small glass of warm water & prefer it over the original Happy Hormones.
I’m not not happy about the product but what I am unhappy about is that I’ve bought a lot of things off you and I bought two tubs of these because they’re at a discounted rate and although your marketing did say may expire but it didn’t say in a few weeks time because there’s no way I could get through two containers. Very disappointed.
HH Vegan powder is wonderful. The taste is nicer and it works just as well (if not better) than the traditional HH powder (which I have been taking for over 4 years)! I shall be regularly ordering this instead ;)
