SUGGESTED USE

How do I take Happy Weight? Can I mix it in a smoothie?
Absolutely. You can mix it into a smoothie, or add it to rice milk, almond milk, some juice, or just plain old water!
Do you take this alone? Without food?
Yes, ideally it replaces one meal a day – either breakfast or lunch. You can however use it as a sports training supplement or for vegans or vegetarians to increase plant-based protein.
What is the difference between this range of HW and your old HW range?
The main difference is flavour, as well as the added goodness! We have revamped our flavours so that they taste better, are creamier, smoother, and easier to mix. Our vegan range is now low lectin as we are using hemp protein powder and pea protein isolate. We have also introduced a non-vegan range which contains whey protein isolate to provide you with more delicious options if you are not plant-based. We have the addition of low FODMAP fibres and probiotics too :)
Can men take this as well, or is it just for women?
Absolutely! It’s for both men and women!
How many calories per serving?
Happy Weight Vegan Vanilla Bean: 92 calories/serving
Adding milk and other ingredients will obviously increase the calorie content. A healthy meal will typically contain 500 to 700 calories, so it's a significant saving on total calories consumed in a day.

But isn’t sugar just sugar? What’s the difference?
Sugars in a health supplement can be calculated from the complex & simple carbohydrate ingredients, which ultimately break down into glucose (a type of natural sugar). But these sugars also have other beneficial components. These are generally considered good for your body.
Whereas refined sugar, used as a sweetener, has no nutritional value & may have negative effects when consumed in large quantities.
Sodium content
There is no added sodium. It’s just the natural sodium content in the ingredients, which is beneficial for your system.
Is the prebiotic fibre low FODMAP?
The prebiotic fibres in the Happy Weight range are generally well tolerated by those with irritable bowel syndrome and/or those consuming a low FODMAP diet. These include partially hydrolysed guar gum, psyllium, and acacia fibre.
