This really depends on the level of liver function. If you are wanting a tune up in terms of health, one container every 6 months is ideal. If you have hormonal metabolism issues you may need to take it for several months. If you have a fatty liver then you may need to take it for 6 months.
Does Happy Liver interact with any medications?
We always suggest to check with your health practitioner before taking any supplements. Happy LIVER has the potential to improve liver function and hence speed up the effectiveness of the metabolism of medicines through the liver. So this may require dosages of medications to be altered.
How do I take Happy Calm?
Happy Calm is in hard capsule form. The therapeutic dose is 1 capsule per day, however, it can be increased to twice per day if you feel it's necessary. For sleep we suggest having a second dose at night.
How long before I see results with Happy Calm?
The level of active ingredients reaches its therapeutic potential after 3 days. However, Happy Calm is designed to work as an adaptogen to encourage your body to better cope with stress and to calm the nervous system. It does not work as a sedative.
