Love Love my Happy Greens
Love all my Happy products. My 'Happy Greens' is like the engine oil; it keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently. It compliments my HH, HL and HC. I take 15ml once a day usually in a smoothy or just on its own and wash it down with water. This bottle doesn't taste as good as the last several I have had but I can't live without it so I don't mind. When I first started taking it, I found it hard to tolerate and was told to take a smaller amount, and drink over a longer period of time. Also this meant that my digestive system was really out of balance. Now I have no problems at all and my bloating and digestive system is excellent.

Enjoying this in my daily happy water

Normally would say how great happy greens is. I have bought a few over the last few years, however this bottle taste like vinegar and is more yellow than green. I’m really disappointed however after emailing support team I’m assured this is normal as it may be a fresh batch and needs time to ferment more. Still apparently has the same benefits so down the hatch it goes whilst holding my nose. Can’t wait for my next bottle that hopefully is back to normal.

I’d been taking HG regularly for a few months but had run out before needing to order more HH so just went without and WOW did I notice the difference! Have started again taking the HH and happy greens. Thought I was done with menopause. WRONG. Migraines came back, hot flushes came back. Things have settled down again. Was getting a migraine at least once a week and hot flushes every night. Won’t be stopping it again.

I like the taste of HG. It’s very similar to HT. I just swig it straight from the bottle which I keep in the fridge. Love the good gut bacteria !

WOW this product is amazing!
I'd ruined my gut with harsh antibiotics and I have been suffering so many things including constipation and bloating. Well HG started working in just days, I instantly become regular daily. Im now 10 days in and on 5 of those days I've have 2 bowel movements WOW That is completely unheard of for me, as I was always every 2nd day type person.
I can start to feel my hips finally again so the bloating is subsiding at long last.
