Unlike many other weight loss protein powders the Vanilla Happy Weight is one of the best I have ever had. As long as you follow the instructions and mix ratio it is perfect and I feel satisfied when using this as a meal substitute.

How do I take Happy Weight? Can I mix it in a smoothie?
Absolutely. You can mix it into a smoothie, or add it to rice milk, almond milk, some juice, or just plain old water!
Do you take this weight loss supplement alone? Without food?
Yes, ideally it replaces one meal a day – either breakfast or lunch. You can however use it as a sports training supplement or for vegans or vegetarians to increase plant based protein.
What is the difference between this range of HW and your old HW range?
The main difference is flavour, as well as the added goodness! We have revamped our flavours so that they taste better, are creamier, smoother, and easier to mix. Our vegan range is now low lectin as we are using hemp protein powder and pea protein isolate. We have also introduced a non-vegan range which contains whey protein isolate to provide you with more delicious options if you are not plant-based. We have the addition of low FODMAP fibres and probiotics too :)
