It's been 10 amazing years and Happy Healthy YOU has helped hundreds of thousands of women rediscover their health and balance. Here is a little history of how the company started and our brand values.

The Early Days of Happy Healthy YOU

It all started with an order of just 1000 jars of 150g Happy Hormones. Fast forward 10 years and we now have over 15,000 5-star reviews, over a million assessments, and a complete range of highly functional supplements covering the spectrum of women’s health needs (and men's, too!).

We also launched our new book which covers our philosophy towards health, a program to follow, and a hundred delicious recipes.

The Initial Collaboration

Lisa and Jeff originally met over 20 years ago when Lisa was dealing with some health issues. Jeff diagnosed Lisa with a hormonal imbalance and developed a product for her called 30plus. This was a huge success and Lisa was one of the first people to talk publicly, opening up about her struggles with hormones and living as a woman in this modern world littered with stress and pressures.

In 2013 Lisa and Jeff started to develop Happy Hormones. The first jars were produced in 2014 and eventually evolved into the complete range of products you see today assisting with not just hormonal imbalances, but digestive, sleep, energy, immunity, inflammation, anxiety, and a long list of other health issues. 

The Unprecedented Growth

Over this time our little private group grew from a few hundred to several hundred thousand, with our main group today being a safe and supportive space where women share their experiences and are supported by our full team of health practitioners.

This period also saw Happy Healthy YOU winning many awards for Best Supplement in Australia, Best Naturopathic Women's Health Resource, and Best Online Community.
