Method
- Remove the stones from the dates and replace with an almond. Lay on a plate and pop in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Stir and remove from the heat.
- Using a fork, dip the dates into the melted chocolate one at a time and place back on the cold plate.
- Put in the fridge to harden then transfer to a storage jar.
