Beetroot Dippers and Hummus
Tasty roasted beetroot chips a great snack or party plate. Beetroot has many health benefits, high in antioxidants and full of wonderful vitamins and minerals your bodies need.

Method

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel and Cut the beetroot in the chip strips and toss in the coconut oil, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roast in the oven for 20 mins or until tender.
  3. Serve with your selected Hummus from the website, garnish with chopped tomato and parsley.
  4. Enjoy!
