Coconut oil
Himalayan pink salt and pepper

Crisp, colourful, and wonderfully simple, these beetroot dippers are a fun way to enjoy a wholesome snack or party plate. Roasting beetroot brings out its natural sweetness, making it a vibrant companion to smooth and savoury hummus. You’re going to love how this recipe brings both nourishment and flavour to the table.

How to Make It

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Peel and slice the beetroot into chip-like strips.

  3. Toss the strips in coconut oil, then season lightly with salt and pepper.

  4. Spread evenly on a baking tray and roast for about 20 minutes until tender and slightly crisp at the edges.
