Method
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel and Cut the beetroot in the chip strips and toss in the coconut oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 20 mins or until tender.
- Serve with your selected Hummus from the website, garnish with chopped tomato and parsley.
