Method
- Combine amla powder, Happy Collagen and plant-based milk in a mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly, ensuring all clumps are gone. Set aside.
- In a separate medium-size jar or cup, combine the nuts, seeds, and cacao. Pour in the milk mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Add in the berries and dragon fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Divide into 3 servings and enjoy as a healthy and refreshing breakfast or snack!
Extra Notes
We suggest using blackberries, blueberries or raspberries. You also have the option to use kiwi fruit if dragon fruit is unavailable. Substitute 1 tsp raw cacao powder for cacao nibs or reduce to 1 tsp nibs if you find the taste of cacao overpowering.
