Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix the oil, tamari, salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl.
- Add the tofu in and mix well. You can let it marinate for a few hours or cook straight away.
- Spread tofu on the baking tray.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then turn the tofu and cook the other side until golden.
- Add to curries, salads, or eat as is.
