Method
- Thinly peel just the skin (without the pith - white part) from the orange and lemon and squeeze all the juice into a medium saucepan. Add all other ingredients to the saucepan.
- Simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally, then take off the heat and set aside to allow the flavours to infuse for at least 10 minutes.
- Pour into small glasses and serve warm.
