Anti-Inflammatory Apricot Squares

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix well.
  2. Pour mixture into a square pan and press firmly and evenly.
  3. Refrigerate for at least an hour and then cut into squares.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Extra Notes

Use sulfur-free dried apricots if you can find them. Your Apricot Squares will also keep longer when frozen or kept in the fridge.
