Beetroot Hummus and Veggie sticks
Beat the temptations... go healthy!

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel and cut the beetroot and toss in olive oil. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender. This should be about 1 and half cups of beetroot before roasting.
  2. Remove beetroot from the oven and cool slightly.
  3. In a food processor add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Add a little extra water if required.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Slice a variety or fresh crunchy vegetables to serve with your dip. Enjoy!

It really works

I’ve been taking HH for a few months now & was sceptical that it would work so I stopped taking it. My first period not on it I was hit with a hormonal migraine. I hadn’t had one for 5 months whilst using HH. I’ve just reordered!

Just what i have been looking for...

Thank you so much for the support given to me today. Not only did the assessment provide me with vital information but the online chat was also very valuable. And it is always great when support is instant. I will defs be back to check out the other parts of this.

Highly recommend!

Can't recommend this product enough! I have been taking HH for 4 years now and it has greatly improved my quality of life through perimenopause. My four daughters also swear by it to help with endometriosis, painful periods, rebalancing hormones after pregnancy and severe mood swings. If you're considering trying HH, I suggest you go for it. The results will speak for themselves 🙂

Thank goodness for Happy Hormones

Thank you so much for your fabulous life changing products, HH, HW and HB have really helped me through this difficult and sometimes debilitating time, and the support from the team and the women is tremendous. Lifesaving literally.
