Refreshing Fruit Pops

When the weather warms up, nothing beats a chilled snack that is light, hydrating, and naturally sweet. These Fruit Pops are a simple way to enjoy summer fruits with the cooling freshness of coconut water and mint. They are easy to prepare, fun to customise with your favourite berries, and a great option for both adults and kids. You’re going to love how refreshing they taste on a hot day.

How to Freeze Them

  1. Divide sliced strawberries, blueberries, mint leaves, and coconut water evenly into icy pole moulds.

  2. Place in the freezer for about eight hours, or until completely frozen.

  3. Remove from the moulds and enjoy straight away.

  4. For a smoother option, blend the ingredients before pouring into the moulds.
